Thom Yorke (Radiohead) Vs. Spotify

El artista inglés, líder de la grandiosa banda Radiohead, se ha declarado en "guerra" contra la poderosa marca Spotify, la cual e laño pasado ganó (a costa de los artistas) unos 100 millones de euros. Parece ser que los artistas que ceden sus canciones para que nosotros las disfrutemos en la plataforma no reciben ni por asomo lo merecen: "Mientras tanto, pequeñas etiquetas y nuevos artistas no pueden ni siquiera mantener sus luces encendidas. No es justo." Dice Thom Yorke. Y añade: "Hay que encontrar un modelo que permita dar oportunidades a artistas emergentes y no explotarlos."
El cantante asegura que no quiere formar parte de este negocio, y para reivindicarse ha retirado todas sus canciones en solitario de Spotify, y todo a punta a que esto será el comienzo de una retirada general de todos los artistas que comulguen con este pensamiento.
